A structured repository and classification framework of existing One Health monitoring, evaluation and impact tools – built by Working Group 4 of the BEACON COST Action.
The repository is a decision-support instrument, not a simple list. Each tool is classified across four layers — function, One Health coverage, operational feasibility and evidence quality — and scored separately on conceptual relevance, methodological robustness and operational usability (1–4 each).
Comparison between repository scores (solid bars) and peer evaluator averages (outlined bars) across three dimensions. Δ = peer average minus repository score. Δ ≤ 0.5 Δ ≤ 1.0 Δ > 1.0
